Tips to make sims 3 run better with CC by merging. ***WARNING - Do NOT merge skintones, default replacements or mods. Poses are iffy, so if you do, do it as a test first. These files can conflict with your game if merged. WARNING***
First you need a few tools. The buttons to download down bellow. Just click and than download
Instructions:
1st if the item you want to merge is in sims3pack format open Delphy's multi extracter I usally create two folders on my desktop one named sims3pack the other named package Pick the two folders and click extract.
2. Open S3pe
3. Click File new
4. Right click the black area and import from package find the folder with your .packages and crtl A to select all than click open.
5. Make sure replace duplicates and compress are selected than click import click no when it pops up if you want to auto save
6. File Save as name it whatvever for example if you are merging hairstyles name it Hair
7. If its a lot when you save s3pe may freeze for a min just wait for it to finish it will say on the top whatever you named it when its finished.
8. Find the merged package and either cut it or drag it to Documents/Electronic Arts/The sims 3/Mods/Packages
If you dont have the mods folder download this framework:
Extract it to Documents/Electronic Arts/ The sims 3
